1. proposal to make Philip Gordon assistant boating officer
2. proposal to join Cayman Island tourism association. CITA (please view their website prior to our meeting so you know what I am talking about)
3. social events for the coming year...anybody with ideas? Cayman Brac was great...and inexpensive....Wine tasting? Curry nights? Video/photo shows. Willing volunteers to share there time and experiences with our club all makes life rich. 
4. Jenny is struggling with other committments as secretary..could we have a volunteer to take over??
5. Contingencies for hurricanes...we need people and coxens, preferably with tow hitches and (flexible)  time, willing to move the boat in the event of an emergency....or at least some ideas...Peter and I would like a shortlist of who is available to help or anything of that nature.
